Participants Code

I will emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play. I will show courtesy and respect to my opponents, officials, coaches, and teammates at all times. I give complete allegiance to my coaches and recognize their authority for my team/squad.

I will not use profanity or talk negatively during any team practice, game, or organized function related to Future Foxes Football and Cheer. I will not use drugs, alcohol or tobacco. I will not criticize my teammates, coaches or opponents. I will not act in a manner to entice spectators.

Parents Code

I will emphasize sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play. I will support my child’s team/squad and enforce the value of commitment to the team/squad. I will support and demonstrate a positive experience for my child, their teammates, and spectators. I will show courtesy to all opponents and officials. I will direct constructive criticism of my child’s athletic program to the president or vice president of Future Foxes Football and Cheer.

I will not criticize officials, opponents, coaches, teammates or parents. I will not use profanities or direct negativity through my word or actions. I will not undermine the authority of the coaches or administration. I will not intrude onto the playing or practice field.

Coaches Code

I will respect the integrity and judgement of the officials and will work with them to promote positive experiences. I will model fair play, sportsmanship, and proper conduct. I will hold the child’s safety and well being as the highest priority. I will provide proper supervision at all times. I will use discretion when providing constructive criticism and when reprimanding the athlete. I will adhere to the established rules and standards of the league and contest to be played. I will encourage and support the athletes.

I will not suggest, provide, or encourage athletes to use non-prescription drugs or substances. I will not promote acts that will in any way entice spectators in a negative manner. I will not engage in any action, within or outside of Future Foxes Football and Cheer, that reflects negatively or causes embarrassment to the program.

Any violation of the code of conduct will be reviewed by the board of directors. Violations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and may be subject to removal from the program with no refund.
